Psychotherapy for the rest of us
Effective therapy that isn't stuffy
No canned advice or vague encouragements here! Therapy for people who prize collaboration and movement towards real change

A thoughtful partner
in the work of being alive
I’m less interested in performing therapeutic modalities than in helping people find principles that hold up in life. Therapy with me is collaborative and engaged: a place to be heard, but also to build awareness, test new ways of responding, and learn skills and ideas you can carry back into daily life.
The right fit matters as much as the right tools. Research and experience both suggest that therapy works best when there is a real match between client and therapist. Reach out for a pressure-free consultation to see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Some things that I help with
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. here are some common concern buckets.
Anxiety, Overthinking, Dysregulation
Relationships & Communication
Stuckness, Transitions, identity
What if my concern doesn't fit neatly into one category or it doesn't fit into any of these? That's totally fine. Most people don't come in with just one thing going on. And I work more broadly than this. This is just an overview.

What therapy can look like
Just like your needs and concerns vary, therapy does not have to be one thing. Some people come in with a specific issue or season of life they want support around; others want a steadier place to work more deeply over time. These are a few common ways people use therapy.
Focused Support
Brief therapy for a specific concern, decision, or event that needs attention. One-off sessions for former clients.
Short-Term Therapy
A sustained space to work through a difficult period, pattern, or transition.
Ongoing Therapy
Regular support for deeper work, longer-term growth, staying connected to yourself over time.
